Magnificent Russian Home Decor

I think that it’s pretty rare to find people who don’t know at least something little bout the beautiful and so charming and unique decoration styles rooted deeply in the Russian history. Practically everybody who sees them can distinguish its characteristics from different styles.

However, can this grandeur be somehow packed into a style for a “regular” home? Is it possible to bring at least partly this magnificency into styling of our own homes for a reasonable price? Of course it is. You might not get those characteristic huge columns into every flat or house – that normally requires more investments. However, you can for sure incorporate some typical Russian items, pictures, statues, furniture, colors etc. to achieve a the desirable effect. Similar to the following images:

If you are really on the budget or you would like some very quick and easy way to make your look Russian-style cozy and magnificent, you can actually just go to amazon and buy the following BEAUTIFUL wallpaper:

Murwall Column Wallpaper Forest Way Wall Mural Byzantine Columns Wall Print Living Room Hallway (it’s an affiliate link – I might get a small commission from Amazon)

Although I prefer the real furniture and stuff I actually really like that wallpaper – it’s certainly easier than build a garden and forest in your flat hahaha. Anyway, I found out that I need to do some photos of the beautiful flats in Russia when I stay in some for a while – maybe I’ll then upload them here later.
